Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, gentle brightening at the rim. The nose shows a herbal savouriness ,dark berry fruit, ripe cherries, nougat, cardamom and orange zest - a multi-faceted bouquet. A wine of good complexity, black cherries, a taut texture, some nougat notes with integrated, supporting tannins and chocolatey touch on the finish. It has some ageing potential.
