Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet, delicately undercoated, broad watery rim. Fine red berry confit on the nose, hints of beeswax, fine tobacco nuances, multi-layered, but also with ripe tones. Fresh on the palate, medium texture, finesse-rich acidity, delicate roasted aromas on the finish, mineral and persistent, fine coffee notes on the finish, a pleasant food companion, has diminished a little in recent times, a pleasure to enjoy. From the single bottle, the question arises: How much longer? Rather drink +10
More about the tastingDefinitely one of my favorites: strong ruby garnet, very good depth of color. Intense, delicately tobacco-truffled nose of heart cherries, plums and bitter chocolate, with more air the cassis-mint note typical of Pauillac, multi-layered bouquet. Full-bodied on the palate, intense fruit, very good substance, firm tannin core, vital and persistent, still very good ageing potential.
