Textured on the palate, massive tannins, bitter chocolate, hints of red berry fruit underneath, shows a fresh acid structure, sweet, vital, fine melting, at the moment a delicately acidic wine, bitter chocolate on the finish. 2006: Textured, chocolaty, finely spiced toast aromas. Dense and powerful on the palate, very elegant matter, a racy structured Mouton with good length and freshness, correspondingly massive, present tannins, pleasant bitter chocolate finish.
