Tasting Notes
Intense ruby garnet colour, delicate brightening on the rim. Dark berry confit, fine roasted flavours, a hint of mint, multifaceted and mineral. Juicy, complex, elegant, almost light-footed, fresh red berry nuances, cherry, delicate notes of cassis, very balanced, well-integrated ripe tannins, already accessible, great ageing potential.
More about the tastingFrom the barrel: Strong ruby garnet, good brilliance. Very restrained on the nose, delicate notes of milk chocolate, raspberry pulp with air, hints of currants. Quite developed and charming on the palate, the tannins are perfectly integrated, clean, but somehow still rather light-bodied, as if after a slimming diet. Elegant. A Mouton that could turn out to be a classic, it already has great length on the finish.
