Complex, tightly woven, ripe cherry, delicate hints of sour cherry, pepper nuances, firm, well-integrated tannins, nougat on the finish, shows good length and freshness. Somewhat closed at the moment, the fruit is now going a little dormant, a timeless classic with great development and certain ageing potential.
