A hint of cherry confit, red berry seaweed, underpinned with some herbal savouriness, nuances of quince jelly, rose hip confit and orange zest. Fine extracted sweetness, medium-bodied, finesse-rich structure, ripe, silky tannins, lingers well, delicate minerality, salty touch on the finish. (Drink +10).
