Tasting Notes
What a substance! For the first time, the hints of a grown-up bouquet appear here - the baby fat has disappeared, the fruit is embedded in a larger whole. An ethereal bouquet rises from the glass: red fruits, peonies, violets. There is also a hint of star anise and blood orange. The palate reveals a firm, taut core, supported by fine, silky tannins. Cool, elegant and with great inner tension.
