An experience of incredible finesse and delicacy - almost otherworldly. An ethereal interplay of wild strawberries, rosehip, wild rose and blood orange unfolds on the nose. The palate completes the picture: a silky texture, lively, fresh acidity, finely integrated savouriness; everything blends effortlessly into a great, harmonious whole. Spruce shoots, forest floor and fragrant Darjeeling tea lend depth and grounding, while a fine saltiness charges the finish with tension. The aftertaste is of tender intensity - a texture that does not leave the palate but continues to linger in silence.
