Tasting Notes
Medium carmine garnet, broad watery rim, brighter at the edge. Mint candy and some menthol on the nose, a hint of fisherman's friends, some orange peel, underlaid with dark berry confit. Very mineral bouquet with air. Full-bodied on the palate, juicy fruit, but not exuberant, delicate hints of bitter orange and raspberry, remains well persistent, has very good ageing potential, still appears extremely youthful.
