Silver gold with green reflections. Restrained aroma with nuances of reine claude plum, apple and floral accents. Gentle mousse, well-balanced acidity with a hint of fruit sweetness, invigorating freshness on the palate. Medium-bodied, elegantly salty with a slightly phenolic finish.
