Dark, impenetrable red; noble, restrained nose, hints of black fruit, subtle woodiness, liquorice, black pepper; powerful, elegant attack on the palate, full-bodied, fine-grained tannin, appropriate acidity, successful woodiness; long, fine finish. Complex, fine, elegant Cayas, perhaps the best so far.
