REBSORTE: Merlot ANBAUGEBIET: Sopraceneri WEINAUSBAU: Die Trauben wurden bei optimaler Reife geerntet und in kleinen Kisten, an einem kühlen, gut durchlüfteten Ort 18 Tage gelagert. Die Gärung erfolgte in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks bei 28 - 32 °C, gefolgt von weiteren 14 Tagen an der Maische. Der biologische Säureabbau (malolaktische Gärung) fand in französischen Barriques statt, in denen der „36“ während 36 Monaten ausgebaut wurde. Der „Trentasei“ wurde ohne Schönung, Kaltstabilisation und unfiltriert abgefüllt. ALKOHOLGEHALT: 14.8% Vol. FARBE: Eine intensive rubinrote Farbe. BOUQUET: Intensiver, anhaltender Duft nach Pflaumen, Brombeeren und Amarenakirschen, gefolgt von eleganten balsamischen Noten von Lakritz. GESCHMACK: Voll, weich und sehr komplex. Dichter Körper und große Struktur, mit gut eingebundenen reifen Tanninen. Harmonisch, mit einer guten Ausgewogenheit. Ein mächtiger Wein der Kraft und Eleganz meisterhaft vereint. Frischer Abgang mit Menthol Noten und sehr gute Persiste

Medium purple. Clear nose with notes of fruits of then forest and cherry, plus savoury, roasted notes, some mocha and liquorice. Medium-bodied on the palate with great freshness and elegance. Again ripe-berry notes and savoury nuances. With plucky acidity and fine tannins, it lingers for a long time. Can mature!
