The sparkling wine »Tradition Blanc de Noirs« Brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Griesel & Compagnie has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points.
On the nose, a light caramel note accompanies yeast tones and red berry fruit. In the mouth, the wine has a fresh, linear structure, is very dry and has crisp acidity with a medium-fine mousse. Tart, but not disharmonious fun - and really fun!
