The white wine Südtirol Sauvignon Passion DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Kellerei Sankt Pauls has been rated in 2015 by Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant, intense straw yellow. Very intense and appealing nose, with notes of gooseberry, mango and green asparagus in the background. Complex and exciting on the palate, builds up in many layers, beautifully interwoven, but still has plenty of intense fruit, with a sweet melting finish.
