Tasting Notes
Not totally clean. A gentle sense of white field mushroom and a slightly bitter edge play on the nose. The palate also has that sense of bitterness, a touch of bitter orange pith and melted wax. The freshness, however, is undeniable. The mousse is lively and brisk, too.
