Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of ochre. A lightening at the rim suggests some age. Delicate balsamic notes on the nose underlay dark berry jam, a hint of dried fruit and candied orange. A spiced, animal note also appears. On the palate it's juicy and elegant, with a chocolaty texture. Maturity is suggested through soy and dark cacao but it remains very well balanced and offers great drinking pleasure thanks to a core of ripe cherries. In it's drinking peak right now, with a sweet and long lasting finish.
