Strong ruby, purple reflections, discreet brightening at the rim. On the nose blackberry confit, fresh cherry, a hint of blackberry, discreet herbal spice, gentle eucalyptus. Juicy, taut, hints of Valrhona chocolate, fresh acidity, mineral, white pepper, some cardamom, a powerful, spicy food wine.
