Tasting Notes
Sparkling, rich ruby purple; very intense and memorable nose of ripe elderberries and blackberries, some chocolate, cassis, inviting; very rich in the mouth, good density, lots of rich, tightly woven tannins, builds up nicely, striking acidity, makes the wine a little edgy at the moment, long finish.
