Tasting Notes
Initially aromas of sesame slices, peanut, then sea breeze, sea spray, and oyster shell. On the palate a broad attack, quite prominent acidity, salty notes, an immediately vivid varietal or terroir spiciness almost like seaweed, chalk, and finally slightly nutty aromas return. It has a compact and long finish.
