Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby-garnet colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Black forest berry confit background with fine ethereal nuances such as mint and eucalyptus, delicate balsamic notes, very multi-layered, savoury bouquet. Complex and powerful, sweet dark fruit, vivid tannins, firm and persistent, constructed for a long life, dark chocolate touch on the finish, great certain ageing potential.
