Intense ruby colour with purple reflections, broad ochre brightening on the rim. Fine noble oak nuances, cardamom, delicate hints of blackberries and blueberries, a touch of liquorice, hints of nougat and orange zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, ripe red heart cherries, fine tannins, finesse-rich acidity, very harmonious, subtle sweetness on the finish, mineral and persistent, great ageing potential.
