The white wine Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese, vintage 2007 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been rated in 2014 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Very light clear green yellow colour. The nose is still characterised by a rank aroma, quite restrained and underdeveloped, with fine lemon zest. Dense and complex on the palate, juicy sweet orange fruit, creamy texture, very fine acidity, hints of fully ripe yellow grape, apricot and papaya on the finish. It has great potential, although still completely embryonic.
