Spontaneous fermentation aromas, honey, stewed peaches, fresh bread, gingerbread. On the palate, the wine has a juicy, fresh Saar acidity, a cultivated phenolic character and clear minerality. The sweetness remains pleasingly restrained and emphasises the body without obscuring the minerality.
