Young, white-flowered aroma, yeast and peach. On the palate, the acidity leads the way and opens the door to minerality. Lime, lemon, green apple. Playful and lively, the wine is still far from showing its full ageing potential. It likes air, time and tuna sashimi, marinated sweet and sour.
