Strong herbal savoury aroma, wormwood, also slightly tertiary undertones, some caramel, rust, and nutty notes. Powerful on the palate, dense fine mousse, a substantial midpalate, and has a tactile minerality and substantial tartness on the finish. It is refined and complex.

Delicate nuances of baked goods, yellow pears and herbs, light tropical fruit aromas and some honey blossom in the background.
