Tasting Notes
An expressive nose of almond paste, sweet cherry, smoke; nutty, rosemary and samphire aromas and concentrated minerality it's almost Riesling-like with its notes of turpentine. On the palate there's some weight from the phenolics, vivid acidity, almost biting, rigorous and astringent, it's tight, youthful and shows excellent fruit quality. .
