Tasting Notes
Golden yellow hue. Scents of acacia blossom, chestnut honey, smoke and pear, complex and invigorating. Freshness and marked acidity, ample citrus, a lot of traction, stony and citric base, somewhat sparse in terms of fruit, also some tannins. Amazing potential, needs time to really reveal its true potential.
More about the tastingWild and impetuous, the fruit makes its way along a secret route. The quickest route leads to the destination via minerality. The palate also chooses this route, which is stonier, saltier and drier. The finale rewards the march.
