Tasting Notes
The fragrance combines the components of wood, fruit and yeast with aromas of chocolate truffle, mint and blueberry muffin. On the palate, the wine has a juicy, finely structured density with very well extracted, fine tannins, perfectly integrated acidity and juicy length. Super elegant!
More about the tastingIn the nose there's some discreet signs of noble wood use and a lush but still fresh berry fruit core, with blackcurrant and cooked cranberry, plus Reine Claude plum and a hint of milk chocolate. Lots of juice in the mouth and a dose of fine-grained, firm tannins. Built for ageing over the next ten years or more.
