Salted lemons and fresh corn covered in butter on the nose, along with tarragon, kumquats, lime zest and wet rocks. Juicy and fresh on the palate thanks to good acidity that counters the creamy core, and some fine phenolics. Beautiful density allied to mineral salinity.
