Aroma of delicate smoke, some vanilla, quince, apple, garden herbs, nice savouriness, rock dust, tangerine zest. On the palate lively acidity, some vanilla again, tight-knit, mineral underpinnings, a hint of hazelnut, fine creaminess, good structure and length.
