Tasting Notes
Day one: a scent of almonds, vanilla crescents, toasty wood. A charming, almost "sweet" fragrance. Slight sweetness at the start, well endowed with lime and minerals, long plateau phase with phenolic grip, lively acidity and sweet palate fruit. Day two: Fruit and wood are very well integrated today, the palate has substance and core, also a delicate sweetness that gives the fruit volume. Strong minerality on the finish. Day three: Again a little more wood than yesterday, floral, in the mouth with a perfect integration of all components, everything is round and self-contained, and yet also juicy and structured, with intense tactile minerality. Long.
