Tasting Notes
Disgorged 03/24. Slightly citrusy on the nose, with cranberry and a hint of balsamic too. There's great juiciness in the mouth, feeling very homogeneous and long on the palate. The comparatively mild mousse only underlines that sense of harmony without interrupting the flow. The finish reveals tactile mineral tones, and the very elegant acidity adds length.
More about the tastingFine aroma with subtle brioche, some sour cherry, a hint of caramel, peach and pear are also present, as well as subtle citrus fruit. Beautiful mousse on the palate, animating acidity, again some brioche, plus clear citrus fruit, gripping and very clear, good structure and length.
