Bright copper in colour. Intense aromas of preserved cherries, orange jam and rosehip on the nose, accompanied by fine brioche accents and a hint of smoke. The harmoniously integrated mousse is combined with a refreshing acidity and a balanced texture of salted almonds, with phenolic hints providing structure. The good length finishes in fine tart grapefruit.
