Pale golden yellow. Restrained nose, green pear, delicately underpinned by grapefruit and lime. Juicy, distinctive acidity, light phenolic hints with grip and appealing bubbles on the palate. Medium finish of herbal savouriness and citrus notes are invigorating and refreshing.
