Pale white gold. Delicate aromas of nettle blossom, a distinctive note of pear and a touch of citrus zest. Slender on the palate, with vibrant acidity, a finely structured mousse, tart hints of quince and a delicate ginger spiciness, slightly drying on the herbal and savoury finish.
