Tasting Notes
Medium delicate garnet, broad and bright rim. Lovely red fruit of the forest confit, but also blackberry, floral nuances, a hint of cassis, and a touch of tobacco. Elegant, fresh acidity, red berry, sweet cherry, lemony finish, a touch of caramel, very good length. (drink +10).
More about the tastingMedium carmine garnet, violet core, ruby red reflections, broad ochre rim. Fine notes of bouillon on the nose, a hint of cassis, some herbal spice, thyme, macchia. Shows an almost southern sweetness on the palate, chocolaty texture, powerful and round, perfectly ready to drink, offers great drinking pleasure right now, but still has time ahead of it.
