Tasting Notes
Medium carmine garnet, violet core, ruby reflections, broad ochre rim. Seductive on the nose, fine spice, pleasant cherry confit, meadow herbs. Fresh and racy on the palate, crisp structure, lemony nuances, firm tannins that still need some time, still somewhat closed on the finish and less sweet despite the extracts in this phase. Does not yet live up to the promise of the bouquet on the palate. (cellar/+20)
