Tasting Notes
Medium carmine garnet, violet core, ruby red reflections, broad ochre rim. Fine herbal spice on the nose, some dried fruit and plums, underlaid with smoky nuances. Gripping tannins on the palate, seems a little dry at the moment, notes of dark chocolate, very closed overall, definitely requires further maturation in the bottle, "closed due to renovation", you could say. A wine with good potential for further development. (cellar/+20)
