Deep dark ruby, violet glints, opaque core, delicately brighter at the rim. Subtle scents of savoury herbs, some dark berry fruit, delicate cassis, and blackberries, as well as a hint of wood. Juicy, elegant, powerful, well-integrated tannins, subtle hints of tobacco, lovely expression enhanced by crisp acidity with a chocolatey finish. Red berry reverberations, good potential.
