Tasting Notes
A fragrant hint of oak moss initially clings to the rich, red plum fruit which later evolves into liquorice. This aromatic lift stays and perfumes the wine throughout. The palate is fresh and smooth with a lovely tannin density, like crunched up velvet, while red fruit shimmers through on the medium body, making this an elegant, fruity, subtle wine with hints of truffle, highlighted by a fine seam of freshness. This is charming, elegant and comes with a lovely, savoury, almost salty finish.
