Tasting Notes
Medium, bright golden yellow colour. Ripe yellow peach, green pear, dried apple and hints of exotic fruit on the nose, elegantly underpinned by fine yeast tones. Refreshing and juicy on the palate with precisely balanced acidity and a chalky minerality, carried by a lively, animating mousse. A straightforward purist with a long salted caramel finish.
