Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Extremely dense, flint ruby. Very intense, fleshy nose, lots of blackcurrant and some elderberry overlaid with fine cocoa notes and tobacco. Has great tension, lots of dense tannin, tightly meshed, lots of blackberry, cassis, very stout.
