Tasting Notes
Intense, flinty amber with a slightly yellow rim. Shows notes of dates, dried figs and saffron on the nose. There's very good tension on the palate, with sweetness matched by acidity - everything is there, creating a surprisingly gluggable impression as if it's already worked off all the rough edges and now flows calmly. Very long finish, with cinnamon accents.
