Tasting from 31.12.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, dark amber with a slightly yellow rim. Shows notes of milk coffee, pear jam and lots of dates on the nose whilst the palate is compact and dense, and seamlessly harmonious. Appears to glide on the palate, and for some time.
