Tasting Notes
Brilliant, intense amber in colour, very clear. The nose is a little muddled at the beginning then beautiful pear jelly, cinnamon and pepper emerge, with hints of raspberry and strawberry. Multi-layered on the palate, it's concentrated but not too opulent and salty components add drinkability. Very long finish, this is an elegant version of Vin Santo.
