Tasting Notes
Clear amber, and slightly opaque in clarity. The nose opens with notes of coffee grounds, dates, raisins and dried figs. It's very voluminous on the palate, full-bodied and rich with an oily consistency. There's good acidity, but overall still very much characterised by sweetness, with a long date and fig accented finish. Still needs ageing.
