Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, delicate edge brightening. Inviting cherry fruit on the nose, ripe plums, underlaid with delicate caramel, delicate herbal spice, underlaid with some cassis, a hint of dried fruit, slight oxidation. Medium texture, some sour cherry, lively acid structure, somewhat astringent in the aftertaste, becomes somewhat dry in the finish, remains shorter as a result, lemony aftertaste.
