Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet in colour with a touch of rim brightening. Delicate dried fruit notes on the nose, as well as nougat, cherry jam, honey and orange zest - a somewhat restrained aroma. Medium bodied on the palate with a core of fine nougat that's round and charming, backed by well-integrated tannins. The touch of bitter chocolate and fresh acidity add balance and elegance. Persistent, with some ageing potential here, perhaps to mature for a few more years yet.
