The sekt avec pläsier Le Grand Rosé, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Schloss Sommerhausen Martin Steinmann has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Franconia in Germany.
"Gris" colour: delicate salmon pink with a beige shimmer. The berry aromas have a beautiful clarity, enriched with yeasty, ripe aromas. On the palate, this sparkling wine is dry and fresh, with a rather gentle mousse, which leaves the stage to the fruit on the finish. A gastronomic sparkling wine, which would accompany, for example, wild fowl.
