Disgorged 06/2023. Pastel colours with light coppery reflections. A complex nose with some yeast and hints of tertiary aromas, plus apple skin, red currant and cranberry. A comparatively mild mousse on the palate, despite a strong aromatic presence, good extract and stout length.
